WE both know there could be a time where we get into a fight. We wanted to know if taking mma classes would be best for learning how to fight and defend ourselves or if Karate would be our best option.
I boxed for about 6 months before i joined MMA and my trainer said i was a natural fighter and she thought i had a MMA backround before i told her i only boxed for a short time. I didnt want to ask her b.c i didnt want her to think like damn already. if i train 3 times a week, how long would you give it?
