Also is there a chance for me to grow at my age? if so any tips would be helpful to get bigger, stronger, and taller if possible. thanks!

Most fighters walk around a good 25-30 heavier than their fight weight. The heavier divisions usually have a greater differential. Cutting weight is a skill and takes time to develop. A guy who is naturally 155lbs would likely fight around 135. The trick is, the weigh-ins are the day prior to the fights. So, most fighters are far heavier when they actually step into the ring. I’ve seen fights where a 185 pounder is over 200 lbs in the fight.
Most walk around at about 180lbs-190lbs, but to me it doesn’t really matter what they walk around at cuzz youre both gonna weigh in at 155lbs the day before the fight.
I was growing till i was about 22, but i only grow about 1 inch from 19-22
and work out to get stonger, and i’ve tried all those streches and crap to make you taller, it doesn’t work, its just however God wanted to make you.
bulk up now or just go down to 135-145. if your only around 155 and expect to fight guys even at local shows; you’ll be smaller than most guys.
you’ll slowly get more muscle and “man” strength as they say as you grow older so don’t worry.
Oh… About 300 lbs… They use liposuction to cut weight for the fight.
