What Is A Good Place To Go To Close To The South Hills Of Pittsburgh Pa For Mma Training?

I love watching MMA and have martial arts background but am just looking for a place to learn some basic MMA skills and get a good workout. I have a very busy schedule so i could only train a few times a week. Any suggestions?

Pittsburgh MMA has good muay-thai, but that’s about all i know
